Swan's House 服務卡系統
如需進入Swan's House Private Tearoom享受執事服務，
請購買Swan's House的服務卡並進行預約，
Swan's House將會陸續推出不同的服務卡，
各位紳士淑女可根據喜好購買適合的服務卡。

 服務卡：
a.服務卡Service Card    
    此卡使用時間為 14:00-18:00
  包括享用Swan's House Private Tea room之基本服務
  $50
b. 二人用英式三層下午茶服務卡
 此卡使用時間為 14:00-18:00 包括二人享用Swan's House Private Tea room之基本服務、
二人用英式三層下午茶及兩款紅茶
  $298
c.一人用晚餐服務卡
此卡使用時間為19:30-21:30
包括一人享用Swan's House Private Tea room之基本服務、
一人用晚餐包括:西式湯、澳洲M6級和牛、Mövenpick雪糕及紅茶一款

 購買Swan's House 服務卡須知
先生小姐可以從兩個途徑購買Swan's House 服務卡:

1.網上訂購
請電郵至swanshouse.sc@gmail.com 列明先生小姐欲購買之服務卡並按Swan's House回郵之指示完成預約所需手續。
網上預約需時較長，敬請留意。

2.親身購買
除了網上訂購服務卡外, 先生小姐亦可選擇親身到Swan's House購買服務卡及進行預約。
請注意服務卡並不能於當天使用。

服務卡使用條款及細則
  1. 每位客人進入Swan's House Private Tearoom必須持最少一張服務卡。同行人士均需預先購買服務卡。(二人用服務卡除外)
  2. 每張服務卡可換取一節90分鐘的服務，以預約時間開始計算。每張服務卡只能使用一次。
  3. 請提前最少兩天預約，視乎實際預約情況。
  4. 一經預約，人數及時間恕不能更改；預約亦不能取消，否則服務卡將視作已使用。
  5. 服務卡有效期為發出日期後一年，已過期之服務卡將視為作廢。
  6. 如客人於Swan's House損毀任何設施或物品，均須照價賠償。
  7. Swan's House將保留服務卡的派發，換取及使用的最終權利。

please purchase Service card of Swan's House and make reservation in advance.
More new Service cards will soon be launched with a view to provide ladies and gentlemen more choices.

   Certificate for 2 person , includes basic service of Private Tearoom, 
one English Afternoon Tea set and 2 pots of tea

 c.Service Card Of Set Dinner
  For dinner session 19:30 to 21:30 only
   Certificate for 1 person , includes basic service of Private Tearoom, 
Soup, Australia M6 Wagyu beef , Mövenpick ice cream and 1 pot of tea

Ways to purchase Service Card
1.  Online reservation:
Please state clearly the type of Service card you would like to purchase in a mail and send it to swanshouse.sc@gmail.com. Follow the instruction of Swan's House to complete the process of online reservation.
Please note that online reservation takes longer time to complete.
2. Direct purchase:
We also welcome direct purchase of service card in Swan’s House. Guests can purchase all kinds of service cards and make their reservation during open hour.
Please note that Service card cannot be used on the day purchased.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Each guest must present one Service card in order to enter Swan's House Private Tearoom. Except for Service Card for Two.
  2. A 90-minute service session (according to the time session reserved) is redeemed by presenting one Service card. It is for one-time use only.
  3. Two day advance reservation is required, subject to availability.
  4. Once reservation is confirmed, change of number of guests or time session is not allowed. The reservation cannot be cancelled, otherwise Service Card will be considered as redeemed.
  5. Service Card will be expired one year from the date of purchase.  It will be invalid when expired.
  6. Guests will be responsible for any damages and breakage occurred in Swan’s House during the service time.
  7. In case of dispute concerning Service card, the decision of Swan's House will be final.
